A) The Paju Jeonggyeong (border area) residents directly cultivate Paju Jangdan bean, a high-protein food known for its benefits, including improving cardiovascular health, offering antioxidant effects, aiding in weight loss, and providing anti-cancer properties. Grown in the pristine DMZ border region using GMO-free, eco-friendly farming methods, this fresh superfood is unlike anything you can find elsewhere. In Paju, we can enjoy many local health foods, such as tofu, doenjang (fermented soybean paste), and cheonggukjang (fermented soybeans), all made from this unique local crop.

A. The meals provided by DMZ Peace Together primarily include dishes made with soybeans, such as stew and tofu. If you do not wish to have meat or have specific food allergies, please let us know in advance when registering, and we will prepare a separate menu for you.

What should I do if I get sick while traveling?
